Indosolar Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹19,200.48 lakh for Q4 FY25, up from ₹10,380.06 lakh in Q3 FY25. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹19,258.73 lakh. Cost of materials consumed rose to ₹12,412.44 lakh while total expenses were ₹15,254.33 lakh.
Profit before tax was ₹4,004.40 lakh in Q4 FY25 vs ₹1,023.05 lakh in Q3 FY25. Net profit after tax stood at ₹4,004.40 lakh, compared with a loss of ₹481.59 lakh in Q4 FY24. Earnings per share were ₹9.63 (basic and diluted) for the quarter, improving significantly from a loss per share of ₹1.16 in Q4 FY24. For the full year, the company posted a net profit of ₹5,478.19 lakh against a loss of ₹1,544.37 lakh the previous year.
Balance sheet highlights include total assets of ₹24,076.25 lakh, up from ₹15,012.63 lakh the previous year, driven by growth in property, plant and equipment, inventory, and cash balances. Total equity turned positive to ₹4,041.49 lakh from a negative balance of ₹1,436.91 lakh.
Indosolar’s operating cash flow improved substantially to ₹8,538.23 lakh for FY25, supported by better working capital management, while investing activities used ₹8,505.36 lakh capital mainly for expanding fixed assets. Financing activities consumed ₹5,188.18 lakh. Closing cash and cash equivalents rose to ₹1,303.28 lakh.
Corporate updates include the appointment of Mr. Amit Paithankar as Non-Executive Director, bringing over 25 years of leadership in engineering, manufacturing, and clean energy industries, and Mr. Mahesh Chhabria as an Independent Director for a five-year term.
The company’s operations at its Greater Noida plant commenced commercially from July 2024, underpinning the improved financial performance in FY25.
