Gujarat Toolroom Limited has announced a board meeting outcome where it accepted the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s K M Chauhan & Associates, due to pre-occupation. The auditors did not raise any concerns before departing, and the company appreciated their contributions. Subject to shareholder approval, M/s R B Gohil & Co will be appointed as the new statutory auditor, filling the casual vacancy. Additionally, Mr. Manjotsingh Surjitsingh Oberoi was appointed as the new CEO. He brings over 25 years of experience scaling businesses across multiple industries, including industrial security and fleet management.
