Hindustan Adhesives Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported consolidated revenue at Rs. 284.82 Cr and net profit of Rs. 15.39 Cr for the year. A fire incident at the Roorkee plant caused significant loss of plant and machinery valued at Rs. 2.13 Cr, for which the company has recognized an insurance claim receivable despite no formal acceptance from the insurer yet. Management remains confident of full recovery based on past experience and insurance coverage. The company expanded overseas by establishing a 51% owned subsidiary, PT. Bagla Group Indonesia.
