Indo Tech Transformers Limited — Board Meeting, 04-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Indo-Tech Transformers has announced a board meeting with key updates ahead. The board proposes re-appointing Mr. Ajay Kumar Dhagat and Ms. Leena M Sathyanarayanan as Independent Directors for another 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. In a governance move, the chairman, Mr. Visweswara Reddy Narreddy, will step down as board chair and continue as a non-executive, non-independent director, while the board will elect an independent director as chairperson going forward. The company has also set the date and mode for its 33rd Annual General Meeting.
