Garware Technical Fibres has announced a board meeting on the investment of GBP 93.94 million (approx. ₹759 Cr) through its wholly owned UK subsidiary, GTF UK, to acquire 100% stakes in Norwegian firms Offshore and Trawl Supply AS and Advanced Mooring Supply AS. This move strengthens Garware’s footprint in the technical textile segment with strategic access to maritime and mooring supply. The acquisition supports geographic expansion into Norway and enhances the product portfolio with specialized offshore and mooring solutions, positioning the company for growth in global marine technical textiles.
