Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the appointment of Mr. Prabhas Jiwanram Sanghai, Executive Director with 39 years of experience in textiles and chemicals, as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Gunjan Sanghavi has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer; she has over two years of secretarial compliance experience and holds an M.Com degree. Ms. Sanghavi is also authorised to determine materiality of events for disclosure purposes. The board gave in-principle approval for an additional ₹2.5 Cr investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Polo Queen Capital Limited, to meet minimum net owned fund requirements for its NBFC operations.
