Kirloskar Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on 13 August 2025 to hold its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) through video conferencing. The Register of Members will be closed from 7 to 13 August 2025 for AGM and dividend purposes. The Board has proposed a dividend of ₹13 per share (130%) for FY 2024-25, payable by 12 September 2025 to shareholders holding shares as of 6 August 2025. E-voting will be available from 10 to 12 August 2025.
