Sanmit Infra Limited has announced a board meeting approving the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Makhija as Executive Managing Director for three years starting October 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Haresh Makhija and Mr. Kamal Makhija were re-appointed as Executive Whole-time Directors for three-year terms from July 4, 2025, also pending member approval.
