Sanmit Infra Ltd has announced a board meeting in which the board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Makhija as Executive Managing Director for three years starting October, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Haresh Makhija and Mr. Kamal Makhija were re-appointed as Executive Whole-time Directors for three-year terms effective immediately, also pending member approval. The board approved the notice for the 25th Annual General Meeting to be held via video conferencing and finalized related documents including the Board’s Report and Management Discussion. E-voting facility will be provided, and M/s. Ramesh Chandra Mishra & Associates was appointed as scrutinizer for the voting process.
