Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Ltd — Updates, 04-07-2025: Company Update

Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the appointment of Mr. Prabhas Jiwanram Sanghai, Executive Director with over 39 years in textiles and chemicals, as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Gunjan Sanghavi, an associate member of ICSI with 2+ years’ secretarial experience, was appointed Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She is also authorized to assess materiality of events and make stock exchange disclosures. The board approved an in-principle additional investment of ₹2.5 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Polo Queen Capital Limited, to meet the minimum Net Owned Fund requirement under RBI directions for NBFCs.
