Shanthi Gears Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has scheduled its 52nd Annual General Meeting via video conferencing to adopt the audited financial statements for FY 2024-25 and consider a final dividend of Rs. 2 per share, bringing the total dividend for the year to Rs. 5 per share including the interim dividend. Mr. Arun Venkatachalam is proposed for re-appointment as director. The company will replace its Articles of Association to align with current laws and appoint M/s. Sridharan & Sridharan Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. Cost auditor remuneration is set at Rs. 80,000 for FY 2025-26.
