Kshitij Polyline Limited — Important, 04-07-2025: General Updates

Kshitij Polyline has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company plans a preferential equity issue totaling Rs. 26.1 Cr, comprising Rs. 11.54 Cr conversion of unsecured loans into equity and Rs. 14.55 Cr cash infusion. Cash proceeds will fund working capital (67%), repay Rs. 1.15 Cr of unsecured loans, and cover general corporate purposes (up to 25%). Promoters and key management will not participate in this equity issue. Shares will be priced at Rs. 4 each, above recent trading and valuation benchmarks.
