B & A Limited has announced a board meeting to consider and adopt the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company will hold its Annual General Meeting at its registered office to approve audited standalone and consolidated financial statements. Key agenda includes reappointment of Directors Mr. Robin Aidan Farley and Mr. Dhruba Jyoti Dowerah, appointment of M/s Salarpuria & Partners as Statutory Auditors for a term until 2029-30, and appointment of Mr. Gauri Prosad Sarma as an Independent Director for five years. The remuneration of Cost Auditors M/s Mou Banerjee & Co. and appointment of M/s T. Chatterjee & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years will also be ratified.
