Parsvnath Developers has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. At a recent Extra Ordinary General Meeting conducted via video conferencing, shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Ramesh Chand Gupta as an Independent Director for five years. The meeting also approved the remuneration of key executives: Mr. Pradeep Kumar Jain as Chairman at Rs. 60 Lakhs per annum, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Jain as Managing Director and CEO at Rs. 48 Lakhs per annum, and Mr. Rajeev Jain as Director (Marketing) at Rs. 36 Lakhs per annum. All resolutions passed with strong shareholder support.
