Water management efforts led to water-positive certifications at multiple plants, supported by rainwater harvesting and treated water reuse. The company successfully eliminated single-use plastics across all manufacturing units and diverted 24% of boiler ash to brick manufacturing with plans for full utilization from January 2025. Employee safety and welfare remain priorities with comprehensive health, safety, and training programs showing improved LTIFR. Over 54% of value chain partners were assessed for environmental and social sustainability, reflecting Thermax’s commitment to responsible sourcing and inclusive growth.
