Nova Agritech Limited — Important, 05-07-2025: Capacity addition

Nova Agritech has announced a board meeting on 7th July 2025 and commissioned new formulation plants funded by IPO proceeds. The expansion adds 8,664 MTPA capacity at the parent and 10,032 MTPA at its subsidiary, significantly boosting total capacity. ₹14.2 Cr was invested in a new plant via subsidiary funding, and ₹10.5 Cr went into expanding the existing plant. The facility is expected to enhance self-sufficiency, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, and improve market presence by increasing production capacity. Commissioning has commenced, marking a key step in growth execution.
