Teerth Gopicon Limited has announced a termination of its contract with Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam Maryadit for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, Trial Run, and 10-year Operation & Maintenance of the Sanaudha 1 Multi-village water supply scheme. The termination was due to non-submission of fresh E-Bank Guarantees. This may expose the company to potential legal proceedings from MPJNM. No immediate financial impact has been disclosed.
