Magson Retail And Distribution Limited — Board Meeting, 05-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Magson Retail and Distribution Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the acquisition of the business assets of Magsons Supercentre, a retail chain in Goa operating 10 owned and 2 franchise stores under the brands ‘Magsons’ and ‘Champagne and Cigars - C&C’. The acquisition, valued at Rs. 30 Cr, is structured as a slump sale on a going concern basis and includes all business assets, contracts, and inventories. Magsons Supercentre’s provisional turnover for 2024-25 stands around Rs. 60.8 Cr. This move significantly expands Magson’s retail footprint in Goa and strengthens its FMCG and liquor retail presence. The deal is expected to close by March 2026.
