Magson Retail And Distribution Limited — Important, 05-07-2025: Updates

Magson Retail and Distribution has announced a board meeting on which it approved acquiring the business and assets of Magsons Supercentre, a partnership firm operating 10 retail stores and 2 franchises in Goa. The acquisition, valued at Rs. 30 Cr, includes FMCG, liquor, and household product retail operations with an annual turnover around Rs. 61-63 Cr. This move is set to strengthen Magson’s retail presence and expand its footprint in Goa, leveraging synergies and increasing store count under its brand portfolio. The deal will be completed by March 2026, subject to agreed conditions.
