Time Technoplast has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company completed the allotment of 9,12,221 equity shares (97.04% stake) to itself under the scheme of amalgamation involving its wholly owned subsidiary, Power Build Batteries Private Limited, a manufacturer of power storage devices. Power Build Batteries reported a consolidated turnover of ₹93.93 Cr for FY 2024-25, up from ₹51.57 Cr in FY 2023-24 standalone, indicating strong growth in the battery segment. This consolidation strengthens Time Technoplast’s footprint in the power storage business.
