Qualitek Labs Ltd — Updates, 05-07-2025: Company Update

Qualitek Labs Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved issuing a corporate guarantee up to ₹13.18 Cr for securing credit facilities availed by its associate, Interstellar Testing Centre Pvt Ltd. The board also approved credit facilities of ₹35.07 Cr from Kotak Mahindra Bank and ₹60 Cr from HDFC Bank, secured by charges on the company’s movable and immovable assets. These financings will support the company’s working capital and operational requirements. Personal guarantees from key promoters and corporate guarantees from group entities back these credit lines, with no reported conflicts of interest.
