IDFC FIRST Bank has announced a board meeting on July 29, 2025, to consider and approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The bank’s 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held through video conferencing. The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also proposes appointing M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as a Joint Statutory Auditor for three years and M/s. Makarand M Joshi & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Currant Sea Investments B.V. has been granted the right to nominate one non-executive director liable to retire by rotation, subject to regulatory approvals and ongoing shareholding.
