JSW Energy has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company commissioned 261 MW of renewable capacity (189 MW solar, 72 MW wind), raising its total installed capacity to 12,760 MW with renewables now comprising 56%. Total locked-in generation capacity stands at 29.9 GW, including 12.5 GW under construction, targeting 30 GW capacity and 40 GWh energy storage by FY30. The additions strengthen its renewable output amid peak generation seasons and support its carbon neutrality goal by 2050.
