Vintage Coffee And Beverages Limited — Updates, 07-07-2025: Press Release

Vintage Coffee and Beverages Limited has announced a board meeting on the issuance of up to 1.5 crore equity shares and 24 lakh convertible warrants via a preferential issue totaling Rs215.76 Cr. This fundraise is aimed at setting up a 5,000 MTPA greenfield freeze-dried coffee plant and expanding spray-dried and agglomerated coffee capacity to 11,000 MTPA by March 2026 (from 6,500 MTPA). The expansion targets premium coffee volumes and new markets in South-East Asia, Latin America, Middle East, Europe, and West Africa, supporting growth through FY26-FY28.
