Puravankara has announced a board meeting on its redevelopment plans for eight residential societies in Chembur, Mumbai, with a GDV potential of Rs 2,100 crore. This expands its redevelopment footprint in Mumbai to 11 projects across 14 million sq ft, including 3.6 million sq ft in redevelopments, targeting a western region GDV of around Rs 18,000 crore. The move strengthens Puravankara’s presence in key Mumbai micro-markets and underlines its focus on urban renewal with quality, design-led developments.
