Megasoft Limited — Others, 07-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Megasoft Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the sale of its entire 36.52% stake in associate company Extrovis AG, Switzerland, to Refex Life Sciences Private Limited for US $15 million (approx. INR 128.40 Cr). The sale proceeds will be used to fuel growth by investing in aerospace and defence sector opportunities, alongside general corporate purposes. The decision follows declining performance of Extrovis AG and aims to reduce risk exposure. Shareholder approval via postal ballot is being sought for this sale, expected to complete within 60 to 90 days. The buyer is unrelated to promoters.
