Keltech Energies has announced a board meeting to approve the appointments of Mr. Satish Vasant Ghatge and Mr. Vasudev Narayan Tumbe as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. Mr. Ghatge brings over 40 years of experience in logistics and auto dealership management along with expertise in business finance and management software. Mr. Tumbe has 37 years of experience in finance and accounting, including senior roles at Mahindra & Mahindra and as CFO of Ssangyong Motor Company’s listed subsidiary. Both appointments will be confirmed at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
