AGI Greenpac Limited — Results, 07-07-2025: Reply to Clarification- Financial results

AGI Greenpac Ltd has announced a board meeting on 29th June, 2025.

For the financial year ended 31st March 2025, the company reported consolidated revenue of ₹2,528.82 crore, up from ₹2,417.60 crore in the previous year. Packaging products accounted for ₹2,508.81 crore of this revenue. Consolidated profit before tax rose to ₹426.82 crore from ₹339.93 crore, driven by strong segment profits and stable operational performance.

Key expense heads included cost of materials consumed at ₹736.45 crore and power & fuel costs at ₹467.80 crore. EBITDA increased significantly to ₹688.67 crore, compared with ₹588.28 crore in FY24. Finance costs stood at ₹84.67 crore. Net profit after tax improved to ₹322.42 crore from ₹251.33 crore, resulting in diluted earnings per share of ₹49.83 on a ₹2 share.

The company’s balance sheet showed total assets of ₹3,496.21 crore with equity of ₹2,097.73 crore. Net borrowings decreased to ₹552.96 crore (non-current ₹377.93 crore; current ₹174.02 crore) versus higher borrowings last year, reflecting improved leverage. Cash and cash equivalents stood at ₹28.02 crore.

Other highlights include receipt of ₹21.04 crore in Telangana State government subsidy included under other income, and a final dividend recommendation of 350% (₹7 per ₹2 share) up from ₹6 last year, subject to shareholder approval.

AGI Greenpac has expanded through two subsidiaries incorporated during the year: AGI Retail Private Limited and Sun Reach Pack (FZE), with consolidated financials reflecting their initial impacts. The company appointed M/s. DMK Associates as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. Protiviti India Member Private Limited as Internal Auditors for FY26.

Credit ratings remain strong with CARE AA- (long term) and A1+ (short term). The company is not classified as a large corporate under SEBI norms.
