Sigachi Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 07-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sigachi Industries has announced a board meeting on which it appointed Mr. Lijo Stephen Chacko as Deputy Group CEO, effective immediately. Lijo, currently the CEO for Middle East & Africa operations, brings extensive leadership experience across defence, industrial manufacturing, and development sectors. He holds credentials from Yale University, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, and the Naval College of Engineering, among others. This addition strengthens Sigachi’s global leadership as it continues to expand its footprint.
