Premier Energies has clarified discrepancies pointed out in its Integrated Results submitted earlier. The differences arose due to an inadvertent error in selecting the correct XBRL filing module and classification issues. Specifically, the "Share of Profit from Associates" (₹1.28 million in Q4 and ₹7.16 million for FY 2024-25) was reported under "Other Income" in the XBRL filing. Minor rounding differences of ₹0.01 million each in "Purchases of Stock-in-Trade" and "Depreciation and Amortisation Expenses" caused a total net profit variance of ₹0.02 million. These do not affect the overall accuracy of the financial results. The company affirms the restated filings accurately represent its financial position.
