Castrol India Limited — Board Meeting, 07-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Castrol India has announced a board meeting to appoint Ms. Mrinalini Srinivasan as Chief Financial Officer and Wholetime Director, effective 28 July 2025, subject to shareholder approval. She succeeds Mr. Vishal Thakkar, the Interim CFO, whose tenure ends on 27 July 2025. Ms. Srinivasan brings 17+ years of finance leadership experience from P&G India, including roles in strategic planning, business forecasting, and as CFO of P&G’s Hygiene and Health business across Asia, Middle East, and Africa. This move strengthens Castrol’s financial leadership with proven expertise in operational and commercial finance.
