Vishwas & Associates, a Mumbai-based CA firm founded in 2016, brings over 9 years of experience advising 200+ clients across various sectors. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM and will cover the financial year 2025-26 until then. No other major operational or strategic updates were revealed.
