Soma Textiles has announced a board meeting to approve the sale of two motor vehicles no longer needed for operations. The vehicles—a Land Rover Range Rover Sport and a Cayenne V6—will be sold to Sarvopari Investment Pvt Ltd, a promoter shareholder, for Rs. 2.5 lakh plus an outstanding loan of Rs. 24.42 Cr related to the vehicles. The transaction is at arm’s length and subject to shareholder approval, with completion expected by September.
