India Finsec has announced a board meeting approving key corporate matters including the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held via video conferencing, setting the book closure dates, and appointing Mrs. Sarita Singh as the scrutinizer for e-voting and polling at the AGM. The board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Gopal Bansal as Managing Director for five years starting January 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s Sarita Singh & Associates has been appointed as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholders’ consent.
