India Finsec Limited has announced a board meeting approving the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice, setting the cut-off date and book closure period for shareholder eligibility. Mrs. Sarita Singh has been appointed as Scrutinizer for e-voting and polling at the AGM. The board has approved the re-appointment of Managing Director Mr. Gopal Bansal for another five-year term starting January 2026, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s Sarita Singh & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
