Sattrix Information Security Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss a new joint venture with R F TrustCo PTE LTD and Mr. Ali Yavari, forming “World Tech Nexus Corporation” to operate in the U.S. The JV aims to sell and distribute specialized IT and cybersecurity solutions initially, and eventually build a consultancy platform partnering with top tech vendors like Microsoft, Oracle, and AWS. Sattrix will hold 44% equity, with the rest split among partners. This venture expands Sattrix’s U.S. presence and supports its strategy to become a global cybersecurity leader.
