All directors were present, with Dr. Ishari K Ganesh presiding as Chairman. The meeting included adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2024-25, re-appointment of Dr. Preethaa Ganesh as director, appointment of Ms. Kadhirvelan Ganesh Kushmitha and Mr. Lushvin Kummar as directors, and appointment of Mr. Ayyappa Prasad as an independent director. MS. S R B R and Associates LLP was re-appointed as the company’s statutory auditor. Voting results will be made public shortly.
