Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited — Others, 07-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited has announced a board meeting to hold its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) through video conferencing. The AGM will cover adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 0.01 per equity share, and reappointment of director Mr. Vipin Prakash Mangal. Members will vote on ratifying the cost auditor’s remuneration of Rs. 45,000 plus taxes for FY 2025-26 and appointing M/s. RPSS & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years. Shareholders will also approve related party transactions with Mangalam Multi Businesses Private Limited, authorizing contracts worth up to Rs. 500 Crores during FY 2025-26.
