JSW Infrastructure Limited — New Orders, 07-07-2025: Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

JSW Infrastructure has announced a board meeting on July 14, 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

JSW Infrastructure has received a Letter of Award from Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority for the reconstruction of Berth No. 8 and mechanization of Berths 7 and 8 at Netaji Subhash Dock, Kolkata, on a DBFOT basis under PPP mode. The project involves a capex of ₹740 Cr with a 30-year concession period. Construction is expected to complete in two years, with operations commencing during the build phase to enhance container handling capacity and expand the company's presence on India's east coast.
