ABS Marine Services has announced a board meeting on 26th May 2025 where it approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year and financial year ended 31st March 2025.
Standalone highlights for FY2025:
- Revenue from operations rose sharply to ₹171.36 Cr from ₹118.13 Cr in FY2024, a 45% increase.
- Total income stood at ₹175.51 Cr vs ₹120.52 Cr earlier.
- Profit before tax was ₹35.80 Cr, up 56% yoy.
- Profit after tax surged 37% to ₹26.72 Cr.
- Earnings per share (EPS) at ₹11.26 vs ₹10.85 last year.
Consolidated performance for FY2025:
- Revenue from operations increased by 33% to ₹179.85 Cr from ₹135.16 Cr.
- Total income rose to ₹184.31 Cr vs ₹138.02 Cr.
- Profit before tax went up 39% to ₹36.52 Cr.
- Profit after tax grew 7% to ₹27.25 Cr.
- EPS stood at ₹11.44 compared to ₹13.09 previously (slight dip due to higher shares).
Balance sheet strength improved significantly:
- Standalone net worth nearly doubled to ₹236.78 Cr from ₹123.83 Cr.
- Long-term borrowings increased to ₹114.94 Cr from ₹5.06 Cr reflecting capital expenditure.
- Cash and cash equivalents surged to ₹118.92 Cr from ₹2.90 Cr.
- Consolidated net worth rose to ₹230.45 Cr from ₹117.33 Cr.
- Consolidated long-term borrowings increased to ₹138.69 Cr from ₹26.82 Cr.
Cash flow from operations was healthy, supporting capex and borrowings. The company continues to invest in fixed assets, with substantial property, plant & equipment showing growth from ₹81.91 Cr to ₹183.28 Cr consolidated.
