Hubtown Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 07-07-2025: Allotment of Securities

Hubtown has announced a board meeting on July 7, 2025, approving the allotment of 15.82 lakh equity shares of Rs.10 each upon conversion of equal number of warrants by promoter Falguni Vyomesh Shah. Warrants were converted at an exercise price of Rs.165 per warrant, raising Rs.26.10 crore. Post allotment, the paid-up capital increased to Rs.138.14 crore from Rs.136.56 crore, indicating a minor dilution but fresh fund infusion from the promoter group.
