Garware Technical Fibres has completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Offshore & Trawl Supply AS and Advanced Mooring Supply AS, both based in Norway, through its wholly owned subsidiary GTF UK. This move strengthens Garware’s foothold in the European offshore mooring and trawl supply segment, enhancing its product portfolio and expanding geographic presence in key marine markets. The deal adds specialized capabilities and is expected to support Garware’s growth in high-value technical fibre solutions globally. Financial details were not disclosed.
