DPSC Limited — Board Meeting, 07-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

India Power Corporation has announced a board meeting on 7th July 2025 which approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹16,367.26 lakh from ₹13,672.24 lakh sequentially. However, the company reported a consolidated profit of ₹304.88 lakh, down from a loss of ₹(186.61) lakh last quarter, aided by regulatory income of ₹805.61 lakh. A significant exceptional loss of ₹24,530.87 lakh was recorded following the slump sale of its non-regulated business to wholly-owned subsidiary IPCL Power Limited for equity consideration. Management is addressing a ₹165.7 Cr electricity duty payable issue via adjustments against receivables. Earnings per share stood at ₹0.02 basic/diluted.
