Yogi Limited has announced a board meeting. The company has received a purchase order worth about Rs. 80 Cr from Companion Vinimay Trading Private Limited, a domestic entity, for supplying one complete set each of industrial components including Structure Assembly, Head Assembly, Rotary Table & Electrical Accessories, Tool Changer & Additional Axis, and Accessories. The order will be executed within approximately 15 days under mutually agreed terms for quality, delivery, and pricing. There is no promoter interest in the ordering entity, and this is not a related party transaction.
