Mega Nirman has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Ms. Anubha Chauhan was appointed as an Additional Independent Director, bringing over 21 years of experience in civil aviation, education, and social entrepreneurship. Independent Director Mr. Monendra Srivastava resigned due to other professional commitments. The company converted 72.78 lakh warrants issued on a preferential basis into equity shares, raising Rs. 8.19 Cr, increasing the paid-up capital to Rs. 10.63 Cr. The auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results. Funds raised through warrants have been fully utilized for working capital and business needs.
