Mega Nirman has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Ms. Anubha Chauhan, an experienced academician and social entrepreneur, was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years. Independent Director Mr. Monendra Srivastava resigned due to other professional commitments. The company completed the conversion of 72.78 lakh warrants into equity shares, raising Rs. 8.19 Cr, increasing the paid-up capital to Rs. 10.63 Cr. Funds raised through preferential allotment have been fully utilized for working capital and business purposes. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
