NLC India Limited — Board Meeting, 07-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

NLC India has announced a board meeting where it approved an investment of up to Rs 1,630.89 Cr in its wholly owned renewable energy subsidiary, NLC India Renewables Ltd, to fund green energy projects. The company also plans to raise a USD 100 million term loan via External Commercial Borrowing from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation for CAPEX related to renewables. Additionally, Sundaram & Srinivasan Chartered Accountants were appointed as tax auditors for FY 2024-25, bringing in their 80+ years of audit and financial expertise to strengthen the company’s compliance framework.
