Balance sheet highlights:

- Total assets stood at ₹16,028 Cr (160,282.3 million), up from ₹15,710 Cr.

- Borrowings increased, with long-term debt rising to ₹32.9 Cr and short-term borrowings at ₹101.6 Cr.

- Inventory levels are steady near ₹251.3 Cr.

The Board has also approved appointments of auditors for cost records, secretarial, and internal audits effective FY 2025-26 onwards.

Overall, the company shows stable operational performance, with healthy cash flows and ongoing investments in capacity. The rise in finance costs may merit monitoring, but capitalization and cash flow generation remain solid.
