Bajaj Finance has issued 1,50,000 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) at a face value of Rs. 1 Lakh each, raising Rs. 1,500 crore via private placement. The NCDs carry a 7.11% annual coupon, with interest payable annually starting one year from issuance and principal repayable at maturity after 1098 days. These debt instruments will be listed on BSE’s Wholesale Debt Market segment. The proceeds are expected to support the company’s financial needs, likely including debt servicing and business expansion.
