LTIMindtree has announced a board meeting for approval via postal ballot of Mr. Venugopal Lambu’s appointment as Managing Director, effective May 31, 2025, until January 23, 2030. Previously appointed Whole-time Director and CEO-Designate, Lambu succeeds Mr. Debashis Chatterjee as MD and CEO following Chatterjee’s retirement. Lambu brings over 30 years of tech leadership, having driven significant growth at LTIMindtree and held senior roles at Randstad Digital, Cognizant, HCL, and IBM. His remuneration aligns with terms already approved by shareholders. This leadership continuity supports LTIMindtree’s strategic growth and digital transformation initiatives.
